Customers who run out of patience leave, and a full counter turns new arrivals away: a red Counter full! tag warns you. Fewer walkouts means more stars.
A co-worker who makes three things in a row gets tired and slows down. A couple of seconds off lets them recover.

Controls

Keyboard: 1 to 5 choose a customer, A S D F G choose a co-worker, Escape clears your choice.
Shared toolbar: pause, restart, sound, instructions and fullscreen. Pausing freezes the clock and every customer.
