Recipes show their stages: proof in the proof box, mix in the mixer, bake in an oven, cool on the rack. Move proofed dough or mixed batter to an oven yourself; pies and cakes go to the rack by themselves.
Little ovens fit small pastries only. Some customers walk in later, and party orders pay 2 extra coins only if every pastry is ready.
One star needs 60% of the chef’s best, two need 80%, and three match it. Undo any move, or press Check to see whether the chef’s best is still possible.

Keyboard: Tab to a pastry or station and press Enter or Space. B bakes one step, U undoes, C checks and Escape opens the day menu.
